  I just moved into the area and I called the number on the website to ask for a quote and to get more details on the cleaning process. No one answered the call and I didn't bother to leave a message. I received a call back from a man who didn't offer his name and seemed agitated. I told him my mattress got wet during the move and not very reassuringly, he responded "I can't guarantee I can get the smell out." I followed up his response with questions for a quote and details on the cleaning process. He rudely responded, " how did you find out about us?" And when I said online, he responded "right. Our cleaning process is online." When I told him his response was rude, he hung up on me. If you want to feel like your business matters as a client, go somewhere else. This man doesn't belong in customer service.
